Jeph Acheampong: Bridging Africa's Tech Skills Gap for Youth Employment

Jeph Acheampong, Founder & CEO of Blossom Academy in Ghana and Nigeria, aims to bridge the tech skills gap in Africa through comprehensive training and job placement support.

Inspired by the challenges faced by his childhood friends in securing employment after completing higher education, Jeph founded Blossom to empower youth to solve local problems. With a 100% internship placement rate after the 12-16 week training program, Blossom boasts an 85% career placement rate, contributing to the achievement of SDG Goals 4 and 8.
